We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please review the policy below.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at mohamadaly@joingoal.com with your order number.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Order Changes
Changes to an order (such as size, color, or shipping address) may be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.

After Shipping
If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed. In this case, you may refer to our Return Policy for available options after delivery.

Incorrect Information
Please review your order details carefully before completing checkout. joingoa is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
