Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content was removed or restricted in error, you may submit a counter-notice with supporting documentation. joingoa reserves the right to restore content if the counter-notice is valid and lawful.

False Claims
Submitting false or misleading intellectual property claims may result in legal consequences. joingoa reserves the right to reject claims that are abusive, fraudulent, or made in bad faith.

Limitation of Liability
joingoa is not responsible for intellectual property infringements caused by third-party sellers, user-generated content, or external links. We act as a platform and will respond appropriately once a valid claim is received.
