RETURN POLICY

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be in the same condition as when you received it

• Unworn, unused, and free from any signs of wear, damage, or odor

• All original tags attached and returned in the original packaging

• Accompanied by a receipt or valid proof of purchase

Once your return is approved and received, we will notify you and process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error.

• Stains or visible defects: Unwanted stains, marks, or defects found upon arrival

Other errors originating from our products or services:
We will carefully review and resolve any additional issues caused by our products or fulfillment process to ensure customer satisfaction.

Products sold on joingoa are carefully curated and prepared for each order. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

• Selecting an incorrect size or fit based on personal preference

• Change of mind after purchase

• Incorrect color or style selection made by the customer

• Normal wear and tear caused by use after delivery
