TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHEN YOU ORDER OUR PRODUCTS

1. Our contract with you (“Contract”)

1.1 What these terms cover. These terms and conditions apply to the supply of products by joingoa to you.

1.2 Why you should read them. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. They explain who we are, how we provide products, how the Contract may be changed or ended, and what to do if there is a problem.

1.3 How we accept your order. A contract is formed when we email you confirming acceptance of your order.

1.4 If we cannot accept your order. If we are unable to accept your order, we will notify you and will not charge you. This may occur due to product unavailability, pricing errors, unexpected resource limitations, or delivery constraints.

1.5 Order number. We will provide an order number once your order is accepted. Please reference this number when contacting us.

2. Our products

2.1 Products may vary slightly from images. Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual colors and details may vary due to screen display differences.

2.2 Packaging may vary. Product packaging may differ from images shown on the Website.

3. Your rights to make changes

3.1 Changes to orders. If you wish to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will advise whether the change is possible and inform you of any impact on price or delivery.

4. Our rights to make changes

4.1 Minor changes. We may make minor changes to products to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.

4.2 Significant changes. If we make significant changes to products or these terms, we will notify you. You may then cancel the Contract and receive a refund for any products not yet delivered.

5. Providing the products

5.1 Delivery costs. Delivery costs are displayed at checkout.

5.2 Delivery timing. Estimated delivery timelines are provided during checkout.

5.3 Delays outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If delays are substantial, you may cancel the Contract and receive a refund for undelivered items.

5.4 Missed deliveries. If delivery fails due to no availability at the address provided, we will contact you with instructions.

5.5 Failure to rearrange delivery. Additional delivery or storage costs may apply if delivery is not rearranged.

5.6 Right to end the Contract. If delivery cannot be completed after reasonable efforts, we may end the Contract.

5.7 Late delivery rights. You have legal rights if delivery is late, including the right to cancel under certain conditions.

5.8 Setting a new delivery deadline. You may set a new reasonable deadline, after which you may cancel if delivery is not completed.

6. Refunds and your rights to end the Contract

6.1 Refund requests. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

6.2 Ending the Contract. Your rights depend on the product type, timing, and reason for cancellation.

6.3 Ending due to our actions. You may cancel immediately and receive a full refund if we change the product or terms and you do not agree, identify pricing errors, experience significant delivery delays, suspend supply for extended periods, or breach this Contract.

6.4 No right to change mind. Certain items, including hygiene-sensitive products once opened, are non-returnable.

6.5 Cooling-off period. For physical goods, you have 14 days from receipt of the item (or final delivery) to change your mind, subject to our Return Policy.

7. How to end the Contract

7.1 How to notify us. To end the Contract, contact us at mohamadaly@joingoal.com and include your order number and contact details.

8. Price and payment

8.1 Pricing. Prices are shown at checkout, including applicable taxes and fees.

8.2 Pricing errors. If a pricing error is identified, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

8.3 Invoice disputes. If you believe an invoice is incorrect, please contact us promptly.

9. Our responsibility for loss or damage

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our failure to comply with these terms. We are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable.
